Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to companies and decision-makers in the SEA Market (Priority - Malaysia and Singapore), focusing on large scale infrastructure, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
  • Research and build a database of potential clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and government-linked entities.
  • Introduce the company’s services and project portfolio confidently and professionally.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments/meetings or handover warm leads to the business development team. (One meetings per week)
  • Maintain detailed call logs, update CRM, and track outreach progress.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore HQ to align messaging, support campaigns, and share market insights.
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments to refine outreach strategies.
  • Prepare weekly reports on outreach progress, lead quality, and engagement rate.
  • Prepare case studies, ROI documents as per the client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with construction sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Malaysia Market) and Mandarin (for Chinese customers).
  • Strong research, data organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM systems, Excel, and outreach tracking tools.
