Supaspace Pte Ltd is a dynamic interior design and renovation firm dedicated to delivering creative and functional spaces. We work with external marketing partners for content creation, SEO, and campaigns, and we are now seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with experience in marketing. The successful candidate will:

  • Represent the company’s branding and ideals in all marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with our external marketing vendor to ensure alignment with our goals.
  • Manage and follow up on leads to support our sales team.
  • Take a hands-on role in creating content and managing social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and external marketing vendor.
  • Content creation.
  • Manage social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Monitor and apply emerging social media trends.
  • Handle day-to-day activities related to digital marketing initiatives, including project management, creative development, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage and track leads generated from marketing activities, ensuring proper follow-up with sales.
  • Support other ad-hoc marketing or sales projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or sales is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Canva or similar content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital campaign tracking is a plus.
Compensation

- Basic Salary: From SGD 2,000 onwards + attractive commission scheme
