Job Title: Marketing & Creative Manager
Job-Type: 3-6 Contract
Reports To: Co-founder

What you’ll be doing:
- Flawless marketing execution across all key channels
- Increase top of funnel tenant inquiries via marketing campaigns / initiatives, to be delivered through both paid and organic marketing channels, with the support of Digital Marketing team and Tech team
- Drive funnel efficiency: assist to constantly improve conversion rates to property viewings and bookings by fine tuning campaigns and website creatives
- Assist Sales to meet room booking and vacancy rate targets through marketing initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing to ensure best in class data tracking and reporting
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Digital Marketing to inform, review and advise on allocation of marketing budget at local level in context of marketing initiatives
- Manage Cove’s brand & creative guideline
Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Singapore General Manager or Founder on developing the overall marketing strategy
- Closely assist on the delivery of the Singapore brand strategy, driving distinctiveness and impact and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Deploy innovative and cost-efficient marketing activations that allow us to punch above our weight as a start-up
- Oversee and develop consumer interactions to ensure we are delivering a stellar customer experience across all touchpoints
- Lead the execution across all marketing channels including digital/performance marketing, content and social media, offline marketing and events, third party listing platforms, partnerships, PR (corporate and consumer)
- Focus on continuous improvement across all channels to optimize effectiveness and ROI
- Assist on the further development of best in class reporting dashboards for the marketing and sales function, and deliver regular performance reports to local management
- Ensure we deliver the requisite number of room bookings set out in business targets
- Work closely with the Singapore General Manager, Founder, Sales Manager, Digital Marketing Team and Tech Team to understand our customer and work in partnership to drive business objectives.
- Work with the Tech Team to constantly improve our website, app, customer portals and
- Hone and develop all marketing processes and practices to increase team effectiveness
What makes you a great fit:
Essential
- An undergraduate degree in any field (business-related is a bonus)
- Strong academic and professional track record
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing (ideally in a high growth/tech-led business)
- Experience managing a reasonably sized budget
- Specific digital/performance marketing experience preferable
- Experience in social media, influencer, and content marketing
- Highly analytical and business driven.
- Able to communicate clearly and work closely with business stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working in an early-stage start-up
- Experience managing a team
