Overview

As our new Marketing & PR Manager, you will join our team in Singapore, reporting to our Market Director for South Pacific.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with our franchisee partners Marketing Teams to build, monitor and action Marketing Plans to grow Brand Awareness, Client Loyalty and overall Boost Sales and Growth in all South Pacific markets (Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia…)
  • Building a yearly Marketing and PR strategy for the South Pacific Region in line with Budget and monitoring execution and adequate budget usage
  • Propose Clients Experience and CRM Plans to support our Partners in recruiting new HNWI clients
  • Develop media / influencers/ luxury industry network to increase Bang & Olufsen visibility and identify partnerships opportunities
  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
  • Gather customer, market and competitors insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Be a collaborative and integrated member of the Team, sharing accomplishments, proposing new great activities or ways of working.
What you bring

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have approximately 5 to 10 years’ experience, and you have proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns and preferably experience from a luxury or premium brand.

Moreover, you bring:

  • Effective communication and networking skills, that you will utilize when building partnerships and communicating with various stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Additional experience with online marketing, trade marketing and social media strategy is advantageous, similarly is established press and media contacts, but this is however no requirement.

You will join our Singapore office working closely with colleagues covering our South Pacific market and our Global Marketing department located in our headquarters in Lyngby, Denmark. You will collaborate with the extended marketing, digital and ecommerce teams, product management, in devising campaigns, initiatives and defining new customer experiences.
