Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and events.
  • Craft compelling brand messaging and content tailored for target audiences and verticals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players, tech vendors, agencies, and industry groups.
  • Build co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand brand reach and user base.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships and deliver value through joint initiatives and enablement.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches or market entries.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure aligned brand messaging and market approach.
  • Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities and customer trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing and/or partnerships, preferably in a tech or digital-first company.
  • Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
