JOB SCOPE

1. Support the Graduate Studies Office central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
2. Assist various program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.
3. Provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels.
4. Work with various programs under Graduate Studies Office to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
5. Support the Graduate Studies Office to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.
6. Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation.
7. Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Min Degree
2. Min 3 years relevant experience
3. Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
4. Experience in event execution and management
