Temp Assistant Manager - 1 year contract

Location: Pioneer
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 5.45pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.15pm
Salary: up to $5000 (depending on experience and background)

Responsibilities

• Support the central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
• Assist various program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.
• Provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels.
• Work with various programs to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
• Support to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.
• Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation.
• Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.

Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in visual design is preferred.
• Important skillset for this role is designing background (i.e. creating of visuals, EDMs).
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience in event execution and management.
• Able to work after-office hours/weekend when required (to support events).
