Cummins Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Coordinator – Level III to join our Tuas South team. The role offers onsite work with flexibility and some travel. You will support marketing activities, manage data and reports, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns and events.

You will contribute to ABM initiatives, dealer and partner programs, and product launches while leveraging dashboards and CRM tools to drive customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Formación

• Marketing coordination experience or related
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Data analysis and reporting experience with dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute marketing activities including campaigns, events, publications and communications.
• Update reports, trackers, dashboards, and databases; implement data accuracy improvements.
• Manage systems and databases including access, maintenance, troubleshooting and governance.
• Coordinate responses across functions to routine operational inquiries.
• Gather and summarize data from VOC programs and market intelligence for decision making.
• Develop presentations and communications with cross-functional teams.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives through surveys and follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate dealer, channel partner, and ABM activities; support events and campaigns.
• Support trade shows and product launches; handle logistics and communications.
• Provide reporting on marketing effectiveness and business trends using established tools.
• Lead defined portions of projects and support cross-functional initiatives.
