Job summary

WUBU PTE. LTD. in Singapore offers a Full-time Internship (22 Weeks) as a Marketing Operations Intern.

You will execute online and offline marketing campaigns, drive community acquisition, and expand the business network within the Web3 space. This role provides hands-on experience in event marketing and ecosystem growth. The internship requires active student status (SMU, NUS, NTU, or SUSS), strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Event Execution & Logistics: Assist in the end-to-end execution of online and offline marketing events, track workflow milestones, manage marketing collateral, and participate in post-event reviews.
• Community Growth & User Acquisition: Drive community engagement and user acquisition for summits and regular marketing initiatives.
• Business Development & Networking: Build a solid pipeline of partnership leads and professional networks.
• Special Projects: Undertake ad-hoc tasks and deliver high-quality results on schedule.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily work records and deliver regular summary reports on time.

Marketing Operations Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing online and offline marketing campaigns, driving community acquisition, and expanding our business network within the Web3 space in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-impact event marketing and ecosystem growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Execution & Logistics: Assist in the end-to-end execution of online and offline marketing events, track workflow milestones, manage marketing collateral, and participate in post-event reviews.


2. Community Growth & User Acquisition: Drive community engagement and user acquisition for summits and regular marketing initiatives.


3. Business Development & Networking: Engage in industry resource integration and business development, building a solid pipeline of partnership leads and professional networks.


4. Special Projects: Undertake ad-hoc special tasks assigned by the team and deliver high-quality results on schedule.


5. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily work records, organize performance data, and deliver regular summary reports on time.

Requirements

1. Education: Current undergraduate or graduate student from SMU, NUS, NTU, or SUSS. Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Languages, or related fields.


2. Core Skills: Strong execution capability and excellent interpersonal/communication skills; confident and proactive in offline networking and outreach.


3. Language & Industry: Fluent in written and spoken English. A solid understanding of the Web3 industry will be a strong plus.
