Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across retail, online, and live-streaming platforms. This role will be instrumental in coordinating between teams, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring a smooth and consistent brand experience both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising rollouts.
Liaise with retail teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotions.
Track inventory for marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, and campaign setups across marketplaces and brand websites. (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
Coordinate banner designs, promotional codes, and campaign execution timelines with internal and external teams.
Monitor campaign KPIs and assist with performance reporting and optimization suggestions.
Assist in managing the website funnel from landing pages to checkout flow.
Collaborate with performance and CRM teams to implement lead magnets, pop-ups, and A/B testing.
Track website analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Insights, Hotjar, etc.) to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs. Work closely with the design and tech teams to ensure smooth, mobile-friendly UX for visitors.
Monitor and report performance of lead generation forms, promotional popups, and upsell features.
Support the planning and scheduling of livestream sessions.
Ensure all necessary product information, props, and visuals are prepared for hosts.
Coordinate with the social media team on livestream promotion and post-stream engagement.
Maintain and organize marketing folders, reports, and documentation.
Manage timelines and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of all tasks.
Provide support to the marketing team and other departments when needed.
Key Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
Entry level candidates are welcome or 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to learn and adapt using tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
Comfortable interpreting funnel metrics like CTR, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
Able to travel overseas on short notice for live streaming campaigns and marketing events.
Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work across departments.
