A fast-growing Singapore-based company specializing in wholesale and resale of luxury lifestyle brands, focusing on pre-owned designer goods and personalized appraisal services. They emphasize sustainable luxury and operate both physical stores and online platforms across Asia. Below position is open urgently:


Position: Marketing Officer (Permanent Role)

Location: Chinatown area

Working Hour: Mon to Fri, office hours


Job Description:

Our client is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Senior / Marketing Officer to lead digital marketing initiatives for their luxury lifestyle business. You will work closely with both the local team and external agencies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and support global expansion.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance marketing to achieve KGI (ROI) and KPIs including traffic, web conversions, and customer visits.
  • Manage and direct external advertising agencies: Monitor key metrics such as keyword performance, ad group effectiveness, CTR, CVR, quality score, impression share, and match types.
  • Plan and execute effective marketing tactics in collaboration with media agencies.
  • Optimize across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Oversee the direction and creation of landing pages for ad campaigns.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies with thorough analysis, reporting, and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for continuous improvement.
  • Manage short- and medium-term marketing schedules and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with local and overseas teams to support business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Social Media (e.g., Meta, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu etc.)
  • 2+ years’ experience managing or directing external vendors or agencies
  • 2+ years’ experience in market research and performance analysis.
  • 3+ years’ digital marketing experience across multiple functions (SEM, SEO, content, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and heatmap tools.
  • Preferably open to occasional business travel, especially within the region
