Role: MMM - Manager

Experience: 5+ years

Overview of Role:

Our UK team aims to establish a hub in India to collaborate closely with the UK team. We seek an experienced professional to support the practice, focusing on modelling for MMM. Reporting to the Account Lead (Modelling) of the Data Science & Modelling team in the India Hub, this is an exciting opportunity to shape a market-leading MMM unit.

The initial months will focus on building a cohesive team and establishing smooth collaboration with the UK team, emphasizing training and process development. As the team grows, MMM projects will transition to the India hub, with responsibilities spanning both the India hub and UK team.

Once established, our goal is to execute a significant portion of MMM work from the India hub, especially data and modelling aspects of project cycles. The India Hub Project Lead (Modelling) will ensure best practice modelling to support MMM analytics delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all modelling aspects of projects ensuring robustness, intuitiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee and promote modelling best practices within the team.
  • Understand marketing strategies and business issues of clients.
  • Train internal teams on Data Science & Modelling methodologies.
  • Proactively address client issues from a modelling perspective.
  • Develop junior team members with support from senior leadership.
  • Coordinate between different groups and disciplines.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor project profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Market Mix Modelling experience with comprehensive datasets.
  • Degree or equivalent in Economics, Maths, Stats, Sciences, or related fields.
  • Experience managing time series econometrics projects in media or marketing sectors.
  • Expertise in Market Mix Modelling and media/marketing knowledge.
  • Ability to translate modelling outputs into actionable insights.
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with modelling tools like R, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar.
