Job description

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design and manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Develop and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting revenue goals.
  • Craft personalized experiences for user acquisition, initial signup through active use, upsell, retention, and win back efforts through prioritization of high-impact experimentation and optimization strategies.
  • Cultivate innovation tied to business growth metrics including conversion, usage rates, and retention across products, surfaces, and routes to market.
  • Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual lifecycle marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization.
  • Establish a measurement framework in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics and inputs that show the impact of our programs on the overall business.
  • Build positive relationships and interact with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership.
  • Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, applying APIs, machine-learning models, mobile insights, and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact.
  • Create new initiatives at scale that drive revenue and customer lifetime value, while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization.
What Will You Do:
  • 8-10 years of related experience.
  • Extensive experience in email or in-product and/or other relevant performance marketing channels with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation.
  • Intermediate to advanced email marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement through personalization, dynamic content, and creative optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
