The successful candidate will work closely with marketing team to align events and collaborate with key executives in the Customer Experience (CX) team to develop a robust social media profile and content calendar for social activation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Align marketing events with the marketing team to ensure consistency and maximize impact.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and enhance social media profiles for key CX executives, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging.
