Nanyang Institute of Social Sciences (NISS) is an institute of higher education registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) under the Ministry of Education of Singapore, aiming to create a lifelong learning platform that incorporates quality higher education resources from the East and the West. NISS cooperates with top universities in China and outstanding higher education institutions in the West. It seeks to deconstruct and disseminate the theories and practices that support China's rapid economic development, share the cutting-edge research of western social sciences, and cultivate interdisciplinary talents with eastern wisdom and global vision.

NISS has partnered with renowned universities in China to launch a Master of Business Administration (Mandarin) program, delivered in Chinese and designed for working professionals. The program recruits and conducts classes in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities/工作职责:

  • Lead and manage the strategic marketing initiatives for all academic programs.
  • 负责并管理学院教学项目的整体营销工作。
  • Formulate and implement integrated digital and social media marketing strategies aligned with the specific requirements of the Chinese MBA and DBA programs.
  • 根据学院中文学位项目,制定并执行全社交媒体及线上渠道的营销策略。
  • Operate social media and online channels, optimize Chinese ad placements, and improve ROI.
  • 运营社交媒体与线上渠道,优化中文广告投放,提升ROI。
  • Oversee content direction and design style to drive continuous content updates and iterations.
  • 把控营销内容方向与设计风格,推动内容的更新迭代。
  • Explore offline channels to achieve full-spectrum marketing coverage.
  • 探索线下渠道,实现全域覆盖。

Job Requirements/岗位要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related fields.
  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、传播、商科等优先。
  • Experience in marketing team management, project management, or the higher education sector is a strong advantage.
  • 有营销团队管理、项目管理、高等教育垂直行业经验者优先。
  • Proficient in operating various social media platforms and online channels, including paid advertising.
  • 熟悉各社交媒体平台及线上渠道运营和广告投放。
  • Skilled in a range of marketing techniques, including but not limited to graphic design and video editing; strong writing and editorial abilities.
  • 具备各类营销技能,包括但不限于图片设计、视频剪辑等,文字功底强。
  • Fluent in Chinese for daily work communication, including coordination with partner institutions, content development for media platforms, and preparation of internal documents.
  • 日常工作语言为中文,包括与合作院校的沟通、各媒体平台营销内容的宣发、内部工作文件资料等。
