    Product Marketing Manager (Agri-Tech Supply Chain Technology)Please Note : Product Managers please refrain from applyingOverview: We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager with over 3+ years of experience with B2B and B2B2C Products. This role demands a deep understanding of consumer supply chain, technology adoption in industries such as FMCG (Brands), e-grocery, Supermarkets, etc.Responsibilities:Market Understanding and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Agri-tech industry, specifically related to supply chain technologies. Research and define our enterprise buyer and user personas, their specific needs, pain points, and goals that we can help address within the Agritech industry. Research, document, and operationalize particular customer use cases and problems that Ninjacart solves. Identify and define the key value drivers which differentiate Ninjacart in the market and develop strategic insights to position our products effectively in the market, considering competitive analysis, customer needs, and market dynamics. Collaborate with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling messaging and positioning strategies that differentiate our supply chain technology products in the value chain (by partnering with the Sales and CS teams) Collaborate with Product Management to develop clear value propositions tailored to various customer segments across functions and business linesGo-to-Market Planning and Execution: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing product launches as well as feature releases. Create marketing plans (Paid and Organic) encompassing digital marketing, events, content strategy, and sales enablement to drive adoption and revenue growth Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets supporting the buyers journey communicating the value of Ninjacart Participate and contribute to field and industry events as a Ninjacart evangelist and thought leader Develop and deliver product, market, and industry-specific enablement to the Ninjacart sales team and partners Create campaign messaging and content as required to support ongoing marketing initiatives Develop customer case studies and webinars that help to demonstrate the value of Ninjacart for our customers.Sales Enablement and Support: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively communicate product benefits and engage with prospects. Partner closely with Sales to understand customer feedback, refine messaging, and optimize sales strategies.Customer Insights and Advocacy: Establish strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers to gather insights and drive advocacy. Leverage customer feedback and case studies to create compelling stories and proof points that validate our product offerings.Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Executive teams to align on product roadmap priorities, market feedback, and business goals. Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring decisions are driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA preferred. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in Agri-Tech (Supply Chain), enterprise software marketing experience or industries such as B2B and B2B2C Products, with a strong focus on supply chain technology. Proven track record of launching and marketing successful B2B and B2B2C Products, ideally within the supply chain. Excellent writing skills- developing internal and external content, positioning the product/features as the solution for industry use cases is key. Experience in creating sales collateral from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research, and your own experience. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of autonomy.,
