Responsibilities
- Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement aggressive marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content and real-time interaction.
- Growth Hacking: Use unconventional, data-driven marketing tactics to fuel rapid growth and market penetration.
- Partnerships & Networking: Leverage existing connections and actively build new relationships with influencers, media outlets, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team, gallery and executive teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering growth and engagement.
- Aggressive, bold, and fearless approach to marketing and leadership.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling social media accounts.
- Strong network of industry contacts and influencers is a big plus.
- Highly resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset – able to do more with less.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, Tech-savvy.
