    As the Food & Beverage Marketing Manager at Fairmont Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in elevating the city's luxury hospitality scene by showcasing the diverse dining venues and culinary experiences offered by the hotel. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive footfall, increase revenue, and enhance the overall brand image of the restaurants, bars, and lounges. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a deep passion for food, a solid background in marketing, and a thorough understanding of Mumbai's competitive F&B landscape.Your key responsibilities will include:Strategic Marketing & Planning:- Create and execute seasonal marketing calendars and F&B campaign strategies in alignment with business objectives.- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and F&B leadership to establish positioning and value propositions for each outlet.- Support the launch of new concepts, menu changes, and culinary events with customized marketing plans.Digital, Social & Content Marketing:- Drive digital engagement through the production of high-quality content, including chef interviews, food photography, videos, and guest stories.- Manage the F&B presence on the hotel's website, third-party platforms (Zomato, Google, TripAdvisor), and social media channels.- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to implement SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and email marketing to drive reservations.Public Relations & Media Outreach:- Cultivate and maintain relationships with food critics, lifestyle journalists, bloggers, and influencers.- Coordinate F&B-focused press releases, tastings, and media events to secure ongoing coverage and reviews.Events & Promotions:- Lead promotional activities for F&B events such as Sunday brunches, wine dinners, seasonal festivals, and collaborations with brands.- Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers to design unique guest experiences and exclusive offers.Reputation Management & Guest Engagement:- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback across digital platforms.- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and visual identity across all F&B marketing channels.Partnerships & Community Engagement:- Develop strategic partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, and beverage brands to enhance visibility and guest engagement.- Utilize local festivals, cultural events, and city-wide initiatives to boost participation and brand recognition.Performance Tracking & Analytics:- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives using KPIs such as footfall, bookings, ROI, and guest sentiment.- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of F&B or hospitality marketing experience, preferably in the luxury segment.- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and influencer strategies.- Strong creative abilities with excellent communication and project management skills.- Familiarity with Mumbai's F&B landscape and consumer behavior.Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is committed to Diversity & Inclusion, striving to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent to foster an inclusive work environment.,
