Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
  • Manage creation of marketing materials including advertising copy, promotional content, and digital assets
  • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
  • Manage marketing budget and resource allocation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven marketing management experience with a minimum of [X] years
  • Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting marketing data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Experience managing marketing teams is preferred
Preferred Candidate Background:

Experience in marketing agencies is a plus.

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
