Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
- Manage creation of marketing materials including advertising copy, promotional content, and digital assets
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and optimize performance
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Manage marketing budget and resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven marketing management experience with a minimum of [X] years
- Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities
- Analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting marketing data
