You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with their target audience, elevate their brand perception, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy to support the brand revamp, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, design, retail operations) and external agencies to articulate the new brand vision and translate it into compelling marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing (organic and paid), content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage website content and user experience, ensuring it aligns with the revamped brand image.
- Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Develop a robust content strategy that aligns with the new brand narrative, overseeing the creation of engaging and high-quality content across various formats (e.g., articles, videos, social media posts, photography).
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, including print advertising, out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, and potential broadcast media, as appropriate.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and collaborations with key influencers.
- Collaborate with the retail operations team to develop and implement in-store marketing initiatives that enhance the customer journey and reinforce the revamped brand experience.
- Develop promotional materials, visual merchandising guidelines, and in-store activations.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the retail sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in 360-degree marketing.
- Solid understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and consumer trends.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong creative flair with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Chinese speaking is a plus.
