They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a comprehensive understanding of all facets of marketing. This role is pivotal to their brand revamp, requiring a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities across digital, traditional, and in-store channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with their target audience, elevate their brand perception, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy to support the brand revamp, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, design, retail operations) and external agencies to articulate the new brand vision and translate it into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing (organic and paid), content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage website content and user experience, ensuring it aligns with the revamped brand image.
  • Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop a robust content strategy that aligns with the new brand narrative, overseeing the creation of engaging and high-quality content across various formats (e.g., articles, videos, social media posts, photography).
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, including print advertising, out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, and potential broadcast media, as appropriate.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and collaborations with key influencers.
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to develop and implement in-store marketing initiatives that enhance the customer journey and reinforce the revamped brand experience.
  • Develop promotional materials, visual merchandising guidelines, and in-store activations.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in 360-degree marketing.
  • Solid understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and consumer trends.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong creative flair with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Chinese speaking is a plus.
