Description

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive student enrolment and retention.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create and maintain brand-aligned marketing materials and content across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and ROI metrics.
  • Manage the centre's website and digital presence to improve visibility and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute events such as open houses, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (academic, enrolment, creative) to align marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, partners, and community stakeholders.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within education or service industries
  • Has hands-on expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
  • Demonstrates a data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Confident in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end marketing initiatives
