Overview

S.E.A. Focus is a leading showcase and art market hub dedicated to Southeast Asian contemporary art. It aims to bring together a curated selection of established and emerging artistic talents to foster a deeper appreciation of contemporary art and artists within the region. S.E.A. Focus 2026 will be organised by Art Events Singapore Pte. Ltd., the company responsible for organising ART SG, Southeast Asia’s global contemporary art fair. Both events will be held from 23 to 25 January 2026, with a VIP Preview and Vernissage on 22 January, at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager (Contract) to execute the marketing campaign for S.E.A. Focus 2026. This role, from October 2025 to January 2026, reports to the Managing Director and ART SG’s Director of Marketing and Communications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and culture, a strong understanding of Singapore’s marketing landscape, and proven experience in successful campaign management. Strategic thinking, excellent communication, and strong project management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the ART SG Marketing team to support the execution of the ART SG ticketing campaign, which includes access to S.E.A. Focus
  • Lead the rollout of the S.E.A. Focus marketing and communication strategy
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing collateral materials
  • Manage all digital communications, including video campaigns and content
  • Liaise with the appointed digital marketing agency to ensure campaign results
  • Coordinate with suppliers (designers, printers, distribution agencies)
  • Monitor, review, and report on marketing activities weekly
  • Manage the S.E.A. Focus marketing budget
  • Write copy for all communications including press releases, promotional materials, newsletters, social media etc.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional staff
  • Manage the appointed PR agencies and any press events
  • Support the partnerships team and manage related deliverables
  • Manage the S.E.A. Focus website, including content and imagery
  • Support onsite activity at S.E.A. Focus and ART SG as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on arts, culture, or events
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, and email marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for art and culture, particularly Southeast Asian contemporary art.
  • Experience with website management and CRM systems

Reporting To: Managing Director and Director of Marketing and Communications

Contract Period: October 2025 – January 2026

Remuneration: Salary is dependent on the applicant’s experience.
