Job description

On behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding beverage brand, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and localize brand strategy in the Singapore market with potential growth into the SEA region. This is a hands-on marketing role focused on driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail/e-commerce growth.

Key Objectives of the Role

  • Own and execute 360° marketing plans tailored to the Singapore market.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns across digital, in-store, trade, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate closely with regional HQ, local distributors, and retail partners.
  • Lead product launches, trade activations, and digital performance marketing.
  • Optimize spend and track ROI across all marketing channels.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Ideally 6 to 10 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong background in brand management, trade marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience working with distributors, retail, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and regionally.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
