A leading global retailer is looking for a Marketing Manager - Asia to drive brand growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves developing integrated campaigns, managing influencer relationships, and ensuring alignment with global branding. Ideal candidates will have strong digital marketing skills, project management experience, and a passion for innovative brand storytelling.
The Role
As a Marketing Manager - Asia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing an omni-channel marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, drives customer engagement, and supports market growth. You’ll lead key initiatives across Public Relations, influencer engagement, experiential marketing, and local campaign execution — ensuring every touchpoint is aligned with our global brand direction while resonating deeply with our local audiences.
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans with a focus on Public Relations, Influencer, Events, and Brand Partnerships.
Manage the creation and delivery of engaging content across social platforms in line with brand guidelines.
Drive local campaign execution in collaboration with agencies, managing budgets and timelines effectively.
Act as the brand ambassador in-market, nurturing strong relationships with key influencers, media, and partners.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and retail feedback to inform strategies and identify new opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of campaign results and local brand activations.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in brand marketing, communications, or a similar role within a consumer-facing industry.
Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing, including influencer engagement.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a knack for connecting with KOLs, agencies, and internal teams.
Project management excellence with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
A growth mindset with a passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and brand storytelling.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions aligned with business goals.
