Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to APAC markets
  • Align regional initiatives with global brand vision and objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities and tailor brand messaging for cultural relevance across markets
  • Plan and maintain an integrated media and content calendar across the region, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal moments, cultural events, and global campaigns
  • Collaborate with local agencies and in-house teams to adapt and activate campaigns
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize for ROI
  • Coordinate with country managers and distributors to ensure consistent brand execution
  • Own and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional APAC role
  • Background in consumer brands (e.g., CPG, lifestyle, electronics, beauty, wellness)
  • Strong understanding of APAC consumer behaviors and cultural nuances
  • Proven experience managing regional media calendars and integrated campaigns
  • Thrives in a cross functional environment, with experience leading cross functional teams
