A dynamic Marketing Manager is sought for a 6-month contract to manage marketing strategies for multiple restaurant brands. This interim position involves collaborating with teams to execute effective campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and customer engagement, drawing on strong experience in the food and beverage sector.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager (6-Month Contract) to cover maternity leave. The role will manage and execute marketing strategies across a portfolio of multiple restaurants, ensuring consistent brand positioning, strong customer engagement, and effective campaign performance. You will work closely with outlet teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive brand awareness and revenue during this coverage period.
Oversee the day-to-day marketing efforts for multipledistinct restaurant concepts, ensuring each maintains its unique brand identity while meeting company standards.
Collaborate with restaurant managers and chefs to support outlet-specific needs, promotions, and events.
Plan and implement brand, seasonal, and tactical campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
Ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables, including copy, visuals, and roll-out calendars.
Monitor campaign KPIs and optimise performance as needed.
Manage content calendars and digital advertising (Meta, Google, EDMs) for all brands.
Oversee social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent tone and engagement strategies.
Coordinate with agencies or freelancers for content creation, ad management, and analytics.
Support in the planning and execution of restaurant events, media tastings, influencer campaigns, and brand collaborations.
Liaise with Public Relation agencies, media contacts, and partnership platforms to maximise exposure and footfall
Work with internal teams including Operations, Design, and Finance to ensure alignment across all marketing activities.
Maintain and update marketing assets such as menus, signage, and in-store materials.
Track performance metrics for each brand and consolidate into regular reports.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
Proven ability to manage multiple brands or outlets concurrently.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines and priorities under pressure.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Available to start immediately or within short notice for a full-time 6-month contract.
