A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves managing public relations, driving customer engagement, and ensuring brand alignment in retail spaces. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business or Marketing and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of overall marketing strategies, product launches, and budget allocation.
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Track weekly lead generation performance and actively drive showroom visits and test ride participation.
Create engaging digital campaigns targeting potential customers.
Execute CRM initiatives to build a strong Ducati community and enhance customer loyalty.
Conduct aftersales marketing activities to boost service retention rates.
Manage sales and retail operations for Ducati apparel.
Oversee public relations and media engagement efforts.
Ensure the retail space aligns with the manufacturer’s corporate identity (CI) and brand standards.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 5 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong skills in public relations and marketing events
