The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing as we enter an aggressive growth phase across Asia and the Middle East. You’ll own the marketing function, drive demand, and shape the brand story for a fast-scaling B2B e-commerce startup specializing in on-demand promotional products.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies by segment (key accounts, resellers, partners)
- Own brand messaging and presence across all digital channels (Shopify, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, TikTok)
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and demand growth—relentlessly optimizing CAC and conversion rates
- Manage agency partners, and external vendors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales for fully aligned messaging, campaign, and content strategies
- Oversee A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics to fuel sustainable growth
- Execute omnichannel marketing strategies (trade shows, PR, partnership, and digital campaigns)
Ideal Background
- Startup experience: Proven success building brand and demand from zero to one in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- B2B e-commerce: Deep understanding of how businesses buy online, with experience selling into SMEs, distributors, or procurement teams.
- Digital-first mindset: Strong background in performance marketing, SEO, email/CRM, paid social, and conversion rate optimization.
- Comfortable building and managing multi-channel marketing strategies: including Shopify, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, TikTok depending on the market.
- AI hungry and curious - always testing out the latest and newest models.
- Experience running or coordinating trade shows, PR, and partnership marketing is a bonus.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have
- 6+ years of marketing exp with at least 2+ years in a senior marketing role.
- Must have worked in early-stage startups and scaled marketing from scratch.
- Based in or highly familiar with SEA markets and cultural buying nuances.
