Job description

Our client is a rapidly growing platform transforming cross-border and local services by connecting people with efficient solutions. As Marketing Manager, you will drive marketing strategy, execute impactful campaigns, and optimize performance to fuel growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead digital and offline initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  2. Lead multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
  3. Identify growth opportunities, refine market positioning, and maintain brand voice across touchpoints.
  4. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and high-performance.
  5. Work with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  6. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across departments.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  1. Manage digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO, ads) and offline events (trade shows, conferences).
  2. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to drive engagement and ROI.
  3. Use data insights to refine targeting and tactics.
  4. Oversee content creation (blogs, whitepapers, social media, videos) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  5. Ensure alignment with brand standards and collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful content.

Market Research & Insights:

  1. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  2. Use insights to develop targeted campaigns and refine marketing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  1. Track key performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  2. Continuously adjust strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs.

Budget Management & Resource Allocation:

  1. Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  1. Plan and execute offline events (conferences, seminars) to enhance visibility and engage target audiences.
  2. Manage logistics and evaluate event performance.

Cross-Departmental Support:

  1. Support product launches and promotions with marketing materials and strategies for maximum exposure.
  2. Serve as a key point of contact for all marketing-related activities across departments.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital channels, and analytics.
  3. Expertise in campaign management, brand strategy, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Experience in team management, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  5. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  6. Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  7. Creative, with the ability to innovate and develop new marketing strategies.
