Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and creativeMarketingManagerto lead the development, execution, and evolution of our brand strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping how our brand is perceived in the market, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and enhancing brand recognition, loyalty, and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communications
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling brand experiences
- Lead the development of branding campaigns, product positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Analyze brand performance metrics and consumer insights to drive continuous improvement
- Supervise and support brand-related activities including events, partnerships, digital campaigns, and Public Relations
- Ensure consistent application of the brand voice and tone across platforms (website, social media, packaging, etc.)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging branding practices
- Manage budgets for branding initiatives and vendor relationships (e.g., agencies, designers, media)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
- Strong creative thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in industry such as F&B
- Good Command of English and Basic Chinese.
