Job description

We are a premium Japanese food brand dedicated to bringing high-quality, fresh seafood and gourmet ingredients like wagyu, uni, oysters, and sashimi seafood to top Japanese restaurants in Singapore. Rooted in craftsmanship, authenticity, and innovation, we strives to create unforgettable dining experiences through curated events and premium retail offerings.

As a small and agile team, we’re looking for a proactive, driven, and independent Marketing Manager who is excited to get hands-on in growing both our B2C and B2B channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup-style environment and wants to make a meaningful impact. This is a new position.

Job Responsibilities:

B2C Marketing (Retail & Events):

• Plan, manage, and execute B2C marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive sales across digital and offline channels

• Manage our social media and website content

• Conceptualize and execute seasonal promotions, retail campaigns, and collaborations

• Lead customer engagement strategies to build a loyal customer base

• Support event planning and customer-facing activities to build brand equity

B2B Marketing (Restaurant Partnerships & Client Growth):

• Work closely with restaurant clients and marketing agencies to develop strategies that boost footfall and customer engagement at partner venues

• Support relationship management with key accounts and explore new partnership opportunities

Other Responsibilities:

• Ad hoc admin requests

• Prepare performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel or Canva

• Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and food industry insights

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree (preferred) in Marketing or any related field, OR those with working experience in social media Marketing will be added advantage

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Creative thinker with passion for what they do

• Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify)

• Self-starter who can work independently, manage time well, team player and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

• Experience working with external vendors or agencies will be a plus
