Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products, services, and brand.

2. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.

3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

4. Develop promotional plans to attract new customers and retain existing customers.

5. Manage the company's social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing activities.

6. Prepare marketing content, advertisements, brochures, promotional materials, and other publicity materials.

7. Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies, suppliers, and external business partners on marketing projects.

8. Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on customer engagement, sales results, and campaign effectiveness.

9. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of company resources.

10. Identify new marketing channels and promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness and business revenue.

11. Organise and coordinate promotional events, special campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.

12. Maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

13. Analyse customer feedback and market information to recommend improvements to marketing strategies.

14. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support business development and revenue growth.

15. Prepare marketing plans, proposals, presentations, and performance reports for management review.

18. Review competitors' marketing strategies and recommend suitable approaches to strengthen the company's market position.

19. Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable advertising regulations, company policies, and relevant laws.

20. Perform other marketing and business development duties as reasonably assigned by management.

    Language Requirements

    • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.

    • Able to communicate with customers, colleagues, business partners, and management in both languages.

    • Able to prepare marketing communications and explain promotional activities in English and Hindi, where required.

    • Good verbal communication skills in both languages are preferred.
