Marketing Manager

My client is one of the key pharmaceutical companies. They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Singapore. This role would have you responsible for coming up with robust marketing strategies and run them with the goal of generating revenue and building my client's share in the market for the assigned product portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and run plans to drive engagement across OTC and digital channels using market insights.
2. Monitor marketing effectiveness with KPIs and report to senior management.
3. Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support product advocacy.
4. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
5. Provide training and resources to enhance sales team effectiveness.
6. Manage sales forecasts and inventory to align with marketing strategies.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and people/team management
3. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry (OTC) with demonstrated ability to develop and run successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
4. Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
