A leading employment agency in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to meet and exceed quotas, develop client relationships, and oversee recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. This position requires working on weekends and public holidays.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Continually meeting or exceeding overall sales quotas
- Identifying and developing client / business relationships
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Overseeing all branch offices
· Monitoring the performance of the sales team
· Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
· Identifying opportunities and strategies to assist in recruitment process
· Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions
· Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
· Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on opportunities offered by the client
