Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives, forging partnerships, and expanding our products' presence in the market.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns
    Design and roll out marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms to increase brand visibility and sales.
  2. Manage Social Media and Online Presence
    Oversee company marketing efforts and implement new accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; monitor engagement and develop content strategies.
  3. Coordinate Promotions and Events
    Plan seasonal promotions, manage on-ground events, and collaborate with partners to drive footfall and customer retention.
  4. Content Creation & Branding
    Create compelling visuals and messages that align with the brand’s tone and marketing goals.
  5. Analyze Market Trends and Competitors
    Conduct research to track consumer behavior and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  6. Monitor Marketing Performance
    Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and recommend areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with Internal Teams
    Work closely with operations, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals effectively.
Technical Skills & Competencies
  1. Marketing Proficiency
    Skilled in managing events and campaigns to boost the company's product branding visibility.
  2. Product Marketing Management
    Capable of planning, scheduling, and optimizing product branding across various retailers to drive engagement.
  3. Content Creation & Design Tools
    Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools for producing promotional materials, visuals, and videos.
  4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
    Able to analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and generate actionable reports to track campaign performance.
  5. Campaign Strategy & Execution
    Competent in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including budgeting, A/B testing, and performance reviews.
  6. Email Marketing Tools
    Familiar with product branding and managing customer outreach and retention campaigns.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
