As part of our expansion efforts and to effectively build up our brand highlighting the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we are looking for a social media savvy and creative individual to join us as our social media marketing manager.

We are a cozy office setup with a flat hierarchy and your unique views on the concept and execution of our social media marketing efforts are welcomed and leeway will be given for experimentation.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic planning and making sure timely execution of the overall Marketing Calendar.
  • Develop strategy and execution plan for overall brand building, inclusive of both online and offline marketing.
  • Active management of all major social media platforms, e.g. FB, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu etc.
  • Oversee marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures, and presentation materials etc.
  • Monitor marketing budget with accountability for growth in branding efforts and return of investment.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • To collaborate with other departments for marketing campaign delivery
  • Seek collaboration and liaise with potential external partners to enhance brand value.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
  • Experience in TCM clinic management is highly desirable
