HARIBO Asia Pacific is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive marketing excellence across the diverse Asia Pacific landscape. Reporting to the Director Marketing Asia Pacific, the role focuses on leading regional initiatives and supporting sub-regional and country teams where needed. This is a hands-on role for a strategic yet execution-driven role for a marketer who thrives in a dynamic, multi-market environment and is passionate about consumer-centric marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and rollout of regional marketing toolkits, campaign frameworks, cross-market brand building initiatives.
  • Drive thematic marketing campaigns and regional product launches across priority markets.
  • Manage and support regional projects in areas such as new product development, digital activations, media strategy and consumer insights
  • Oversee and track the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Manage and monitor regional Marketing budgets
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to implement online and offline campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer insights and competitive activities and translate findings into concrete actions
  • Ensure consistent marketing execution and brand messaging across markets
  • Support best practices sharing across the region with internal teams and external partners.
  • 70% regional and 30% sub-regional or market level project focus
  • Stakeholder management across internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or confectionery
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Asia Pacific consumer landscape, digital ecosystem and media environments
  • Brand building expertise, ideally with experience across consumer activations, new product development, communication and media.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, portfolio management and activations
  • Comfortable working in a matrix and multicultural organization structure
  • Experience with external agency management and supplier collaboration
  • Fluent in English (business level proficiency)
