Qualifications

IQPC has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join the team! In this role you'll be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing plans for events across APAC. This position will provide you with great learning opportunities, a dynamic environment and a high level of responsibility. It will provide you with an in-depth understanding of how to manage large multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get to do every day!

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Strategize and develop marketing plans, budgets, campaign schedules and ensure timely implementation of digital and offline activity
  • Drive targeted delegate and sponsor leads via

a) Social media campaigns that engage the community.

b) Effective E-Mail marketing

c) Compelling web copy and optimized websites

Content Development & Distribution

  • Develop content calendar, create relevant content pieces to support marketing campaign and nurture qualified leads
  • Distribute content through websites, media partners, social media and e-mail marketing to generate leads

Develop/Maintain Relationships with Media Partners

  • Create new and develop existing relationships with leading trade press and industry bodies. Create innovative partnership agreements which will drive interest for the event.
  • Create pre & post-event reports/articles/interviews to be featured in leading industry publications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, required, preferably in marketing, public relations or communications
  • At least 1+ years marketing experience preferred
  • Experience creating traditional and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience creating and managing social media platforms
  • Experience using Google Analytics, CRM systems, Email marketing
