JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of local marketing initiatives, aligned with the overall APAC and HQ marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities in Singapore (with some support for South East Asia), including event execution, digital campaigns, and brand communications. You’ll work closely with HQ in Hong Kong and cross-functional teams to support brand visibility, lead generation, and partnership activities in the region.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with HQ in Hong Kong to implement local marketing plans and support annual campaign initiatives.
- Assist in shaping the Singapore marketing strategy and gain alignment from internal stakeholders.
- Adapt and execute campaigns in line with the APAC marketing calendar, including organizing physical and virtual events locally.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing activities.
- Support audience segmentation and ensure target audiences in Singapore and SEA markets are reached via appropriate channels.
- Execute and monitor digital marketing efforts, including social media management, website updates, SEO/SEM basics, and email marketing campaigns.
- Provide hands-on support in campaign tracking and post-activity reporting to measure performance and impact.
- Assist in identifying local marketing partnership opportunities and contribute to partnership execution plans.
- Help manage marketing resources, vendors, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior marketing leads.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a regional or HQ-aligned environment.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and content management.
- Experience in event coordination and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics or basic CMS/CRM platforms is a plus.
