Overview
We’re looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team leader to join our Marketing & Branding team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Developing the brand’s communications and activities across all channels
- Coordinating and tracking the performance of brand communications and initiatives, to compile into a weekly round-up
- Managing influencer partnerships, press, and customer relations
- Building strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Monitoring and analysing consumer behaviour and industry trends, and in turn developing fresh initiatives to increase customer acquisition and engagement
- Developing strategies to improve web and store processes to elevate overall brand experience
- Planning and executing impactful, brand-aligned events to elevate visibility, boost engagement, and strengthen brand presence
- Driving flawless end-to-end execution of new collection launches to maximise impact and achieve strategic goals
- Leveraging and championing technology to enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and maximise returns
- Planning, tracking and managing content calendars and creative assets
- Overseeing and approving all marketing content and material, including visuals, product copy, captions, and long form journal entries in accordance with brand voice
Creative
- Developing visual assets and executing creative design projects such as branding and event collaterals, website banners, newsletters, etc. to amplify our brand message and engage customers meaningfully
- Communicating with and coordinating across external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of proposed designs
- Planning and overseeing overseas and local photoshoots and film content
- Visual documentation of events and partnerships
- Systematic archiving of all graphic-related documents
Skills & Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or any related field
- At least two years’ of experience as a Marketing Manager
- A keen sense of graphic design with well-developed aesthetic judgement
- Superb leadership, communication, collaboration and creative abilities
- Strong time management and organisational capabilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and solid knowledge of website analytical tools, e.g. Google Analytics
