Job description

1) To develop, implement market strategies, and establish new business opportunities in line with the company's sales objectives. Practice and apply high standards of work quality, and maintain good relationships at all levels.

2) To strictly preserve confidentiality on all matters related directly or indirectly to work. You shall not divulge any such information to anyone except in accordance with instructions received from your Head of Department or senior Managers.

3) You are to fulfill your current job responsibilities and meet deadlines. You should be flexible and adaptable to new job developments and able to be mobilized as needed.

Duties
  1. Perform daily sales operations, including checking the schedule of all customers.
  2. Maintain and collect outstanding payments regularly, and ensure good account records.
  3. Sell and market the company's products.
  4. Maintain good service and explore new business opportunities aligned with the company's objectives.
  5. Meet sales closing requirements and work towards achieving higher sales volumes.
  6. Maximize profit through sales and minimize losses.
  7. Practice and apply high standards of work quality.
  8. Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
  9. Maintain regular updates and write-ups for the website news (Seasoning), promotional items, and e-newsletters to customers.
  10. Lead in R&D and sales key product development projects monthly.
  11. Evaluate and assist in improving key business processes and systems.
