Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and festive campaigns to boost sales.
- Manage marketing collaterals, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and in-store displays.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to build brand presence.
- Work with agencies/creators on content creation, influencer marketing, and online engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on digital metrics.
3. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Provide insights to support new product launches and promotional strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign ROI to optimize future marketing efforts.
4. Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams for product launch support.
- Work with Sales/Store teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at outlets.
- Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and suppliers for marketing initiatives.
5. Branding & Customer Engagement
- Support activities that strengthen Juewei’s brand image in Singapore.
- Assist in organizing events, sponsorships, or food fairs to increase brand visibility.
- Handle customer engagement activities, feedback collection, and loyalty program support.
