At Aztech, the marketing team supports and drives the growth of the business, generating awareness of our products and services. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager familiar with the electronics manufacturing industry to join us as we expand our business.
The Job Role:
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns (online & offline), advertising, public relations, media communications, events, and social marketing for Aztech’s manufacturing services.
- Develop and implement a B2B strategic marketing plan aligned with overall business and sales objectives to improve brand equity, marketing effectiveness, and revenue.
- Create engaging and informative articles and content for Aztech’s website and other marketing channels.
- Utilize various social media platforms to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
- Drive business expansion in overseas markets through Marketing Qualified Leads for sales.
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaigns and go-to-market strategies, along with tactical recommendations.
- Ensure branding strategies across all marketing channels and platforms are consistent and aligned.
- Lead the Design team to conceptualize and develop marketing collaterals.
- Manage external marketing agencies to ensure deliverables are met timely and meet expectations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in the B2B electronics manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of new media platforms, social networking, and emerging media opportunities.
- Proficient in copywriting and press releases.
- Experience in public relations; an established network with publishers (online & offline) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
