A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance their content strategy and manage digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive engagement and improve brand visibility across various platforms. This role involves collaborating across teams and requires excellent communication and project management skills.
● Content Strategy & Planning: Participate in marketing strategy and planning, proposing creative content and campaign ideas based on product positioning, market trends, and audience insights.
● Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing initiatives, including content development, asset creation, channel distribution, and performance monitoring. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to ensure high-quality output and audience engagement.
● Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement rates, conversion rates, audience growth) to refine content and campaign strategies for improved results.
● Cross-platform Adaptation: Adapt and tailor marketing content for multiple digital platforms (e.g., official website, social media channels, online communities) to maximize visibility, impact, and relevance.
● Project Management & Collaboration: Efficiently collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, adapting content and style as needed.
● Community Engagement: Maintain and actively engage with client communities, enhancing user satisfaction and brand reputation.
● Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● More than 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable outcomes (e.g., increased engagement, lead generation, or brand visibility).
● Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, social media analytics, content management systems, and digital ad managers.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies for better performance.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Experience in managing content and campaigns across diverse digital platforms (e.g., company websites, mainstream social media, and industry-specific platforms).
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
