A leading company in the fitness industry is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee comprehensive marketing activities for Anytime Fitness Singapore. The role involves strategic planning, digital campaign execution, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and member engagement, ensuring a competitive edge in the health and wellness space.
General Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities to support the growth and visibility of Anytime Fitness Singapore. This includes owning the national marketing calendar, running digital and offline campaigns, managing social media, supporting franchisee needs, and ensuring the brand remains relevant and differentiated in the highly competitive health and wellness space.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. The role involves daily collaboration with club operators, the regional marketing team, creative vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver campaigns that drive member acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Planning
Develop the annual marketing strategy and tactical plans aligned with brand positioning, business priorities, and membership targets
Own the national marketing calendar, integrating both regional campaigns and locally driven initiatives
Collaborate with senior stakeholders (operations, commercial, and HQ) to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
Identify key consumer trends and competitive insights to inform campaign planning and market positioning
2. Digital and Social Media Management
Lead the strategy and execution of all digital paid campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Display/YouTube, and search marketing
Manage Always-On social media presence, including content planning, posting schedules, community engagement, and influencer collaborations
Optimize campaigns based on data analytics, using performance metrics to refine strategy and execution
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and tools to keep campaigns innovative and impactful
3. Franchisee and Club Support
Act as the main marketing liaison for club managers and franchisees across Singapore
Provide localized campaign toolkits, training, and guidance to support club-level lead generation and member engagement
Work closely with clubs to activate campaigns at the ground level, including events, partnerships, and community engagement efforts
Gather feedback from franchisees and club managers to continuously improve marketing support and responsiveness
4. Brand and Content Management
Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all channels, including print, digital, environmental, and experiential touchpoints
Brief and collaborate with in-house or outsourced designers, photographers, and videographers to produce creative assets
Create and curate engaging content tailored to the Singapore audience, including campaign narratives, social media posts, EDMs, and blog articles
Develop key brand moments that celebrate club stories, member milestones, and lifestyle-led messaging aligned to the brand’s purpose
5. Reporting and Performance Optimization
Track and report on key performance indicators across campaigns, channels, and initiatives
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Monitor marketing spend and ensure cost-effective use of budgets, aligned with ROI expectations
Conduct A/B testing, creative reviews, and post-campaign evaluations to refine strategies and improve future outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and content-led strategies
· Strong working knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across fast-paced environments
· Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines
· Experience in the fitness, wellness, F&B, or franchise-driven industries is advantageous
· Exposure to franchisee-facing roles or network marketing support will be considered a strong plus
