Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be experienced in digital and offline marketing, with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to work with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies for property projects

• Coordinate marketing materials, social media campaigns, and advertising efforts

• Support event planning such as property roadshows and client briefings

• Work with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution

• Analyze market trends and report on marketing performance

• Support the sales team in generating quality leads through targeted campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
