Job description

1. SEO

• Perform ongoing website optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.

2. SEM

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.

3. Social Media Marketing

• Curate and post company projects, including writing engaging captions and selecting appropriate photos.
• Design and schedule content for public holidays, company announcements, and other promotional materials.
• Develop visual collaterals aligned with the company’s branding.
• Maintain company records across digital platforms, including the website and YouTube channel.
• Regularly update project showcases and company activities.

4. Email Marketing

• Review and organize the complete client and MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) contact lists.
• Develop and implement lead magnets to attract new clients and MCSTs.
• Conduct cold outreach and manage customer follow-ups.
• Nurture customer relationships through consistent email campaigns.
• Share relevant industry news and updates to maintain engagement with the audience.
