SUSHISAMBA Singapore, including Samba Room - High Energy Lounge, will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-profile guests, ensuring an exceptional dining and lounge experience that exceeds expectations.
The Marketing Manager is responsible of the brand’s marketing efforts. The role is also responsible for maintaining and supporting the general operating philosophies and policies, as well as assisting other departments as necessary to achieve the overall mission of the SUSHISAMBA Singapore.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Comprehend and understand operations and general business policies and procedures of Sunset Hospitality Group so that such policies and procedures can be supported through SUSHISAMBA Singapore Marketing efforts
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business establishing targeted market share
- Support all operations and general business policies of SUSHISAMBA Singapore when interacting with managers and employees
- Develop appropriate creative and implementation strategies for building SUSHISAMBA brands image within its industry, soliciting appropriate input from management
Event & Partnership Management
- Conceptualize and execute events, brand activations, and collaborations to increase awareness and engagement.
- Identify and manage partnership opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of press events, influencer activations, and VIP experiences.
Digital & Social Media Leadership
- Own the social media strategy for Singapore outlets, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand tone.
- Oversee all digital efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid ads, and social platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
- Partner with digital teams to grow audience reach and improve campaign performance.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Administration
- Work closely with culinary and creative teams to format, proof, and finalize menus for corporate approval.
- Maintain and update website content and third-party listings (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor).
- Produce marketing and PR reports, campaign performance summaries, and post-activation recaps.
- Create internal documents such as fact sheets, memos, and marketing timelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or brand management within the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record launching new venues or brands, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive media and industry network.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and performance tracking tools.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Passion for hospitality, food culture, and delivering standout guest experiences.
