A leading company in the tyre industry seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales strategies and customer relations. You will lead the sales team, analyze market trends, and ensure client satisfaction. Candidates with proven sales success and a proactive approach will thrive in this role, with responsibilities including training and fostering teamwork to achieve sales goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales promotion and attractive quotation to new and prospective client
· Analyze market trends in vehicle, transportation sector to determine demand, pricing strategies, and competitive advantages.
· Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to sales team members.
· Foster collaboration between the sales team and out service teams to align sales goals
· Act as a liaison between the existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
· Ensure that the sales team is responsive to client inquiries, providing a high level of customer service.
· Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, brochures, and digital content that highlight the product features and benefits.
· Guide the sales team in managing negotiations and addressing any client objections or concerns to close deals effectively.
· Forging new business relationship, maintaining existing business relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up
· Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
· Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit

Requirements:
· Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in tyre industry will be an advantage
· Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and also a team player.
· Possess a successful sales track record.
· Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Have an awareness of current & emerging technologies, and industry best practices
· Involve in ad-hoc projects that will give exposure to individual portfolio.
· Willing to travel.
· Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
· Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
· Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
