Job description

Viet & Beans is a vibrant, culturally rich café concept offering authentic Vietnamese coffee, hearty bites, and a cozy space for friends, creatives, and coffee lovers. We are passionate about bringing a taste of Vietnam to every cup and plate, and we’re growing fast!


We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building our brand, increasing customer engagement, and driving footfall to our café.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

2. Plan and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.

3. Run paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive online and in-store traffic.

4. Identify and partner with influencers, media outlets, and local businesses for cross-promotions.

5. Monitor market trends and competitors to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

6. Coordinate marketing materials for physical outlets (menus, posters, in-store displays).


Technical Skills & Competencies:

1. Demonstrate creative thinking to craft unique and engaging brand narratives.

2. Should be proficient in content management systems (CMS) and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.

3. Strong analytical thinking to optimize ad performance based on data insights.

4. Excellent relationship-building skills are key to forming and maintaining strategic partnerships.

5. Requires the ability to perform market and competitor analysis using research tools.

6. Proficiency in design tools and print production processes is needed to ensure high-quality materials.
